“What did you learn...what would you change...how have you grown...what would you keep the same...” (Walters).Senior year has been a journey, a trail, and a gift. This experience has helped me determine my course, my goals, and helped me test my limits. After writing an eight page essay, I feel like I can write anything. I’ve always enjoyed writing, the ways it expresses my inner thoughts and how the words flow together to form sentences, which create a story. My personal favorite is poetry. Poetry is self expression, it a way of life and most certainly a way to rant about the thing you shouldn’t say out loud. Wither it is sad, happy, or angry, its sill a feeling, a feeling that’s be expressed. This year has been the climax to my story thus far; providing me with joy, good times, memories, great friends, and wonderful teachers that serve as a model. I’ve learned how to cope with a challenging situation and how to prepare for the challenges ahead. The year started off slow, and bitter, but has grown into a beautiful landscape, which makes me slightly sad to leave the scenery, but like it says on your weebly post “all good things must come to an end.”
I have really enjoyed this English class; it’s been one of the more challenging courses due to my lack of experience with writing paper, but most certainly the most rewarding. This class has be a major guide line to future college class. Thank you, Mrs. Walters for everything from the help on my papers to the advice to make each and every one of us a better writes, and especially for the hall pass! Hope you have an amazing summer and I will certainly miss this class. Take Care, Mrs. Walters.
